Our primary clinic space is located in the Kensington-Cedar Cottage/Commercial Drive neighbourhood on Commercial Street. We're right along the #20 bus route. These units are next door to one another. There is also plenty of free 2-hour street parking in the area.
When you arrive, please have a seat in our waiting area. If you arrive more than 15 minutes before your appointment the exterior door to the building may be locked.
3195 Parker Street
The Parker Street clinic space is located on the ground floor and has an accessible ramp for entry into the building - however, the available washroom is small.
There is plenty of free street parking outside and a cafe next door for you to grab a drink or snack if you have arrived early for your appointment.
Upon arrival, please scan the QR code on the sign to self check-in to JaneApp. This lets your therapist know you are here. Regardless of whether you scan in or not, your therapist will meet you at the entrance at your scheduled appointment time.
#201, 2280 E Hastings Street
The Hastings Street clinic space is located on the 2nd floor of the building. When you arrive, the door will be locked - there is a QR code on the door that you will scan to let your therapist know you have arrived. Don't worry, they're keeping an eye out for your arrival notification - but they will be with other patients until at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
There is plenty of free street parking outside.
Regardless of whether you scan in or not, your therapist will meet you at the entrance at your scheduled appointment time.
