From surfing to ballet, Chelsea (she/her) has been involved with movement and sports from a young age. She understands the importance of health through activity and mindful movement.
In her treatments, she views the body and mind as a synergistic duo, relaxing both in tandem. She became interested in the mind-body connection during her Bachelors of Psychology at the University of Manitoba, and has furthered this through her practice with patients.
Chelsea enjoys working with people of all ages, using her combined knowledge of fitness and orthopaedic treatment to help patients achieve their health goals. With her experience treating post-concussion syndrome, she uses a trauma-informed approach to the therapeutic relationship so that patients feel safe and secure in her care.
An initial session with Chelsea will include an interview and assessment of your current needs and goals, followed by a targeted hands-on treatment and suggested home care modalities to achieve the results you desire. She will encourage you to be an active participant in your healing journey and be present in your own somatic experience.
Her treatments incorporate a range of techniques including myofascial release, trigger point release, dynamic/active release and cranial sacral, blended with relaxation techniques.
She looks forward to meeting and working with you!
“Such a nice, safe, and welcoming place :) I had Chelsea for my first massage and she always checked in and made me feel like I could say stop or ease up if something was too painful. She answered questions I had about my body and the exact spots she was working on. And she was up for conversation but also could sense when I just wanted a quiet moment.”

“Chelsea is great. She did some pressure point work on my shoulders where I hold a lot of tension and even trauma, and I have been able to lift weights above my head without my shoulder clicking for the first time in decades! Very open and expansive feeling after. She was also very careful and checked in while working on the areas I hold trauma. It's also a really nice space and I love the heated bed.”

“Chelsea is such an amazing RMT! She is so pleasant to chat with and really understands the anatomy/mechanics of the body. She does a great job of explaining why the pain/discomfort is happening and follows up with home care exercises. Thank you so much Chelsea!”
