***Please note Aaron Hicks, Vienna Ng and Sophie Hobruecker do not offer any direct billing at this time. They will provide you with an official receipt that you may submit to your extended health insurance plan.
We offer direct billing to many insurers, including:

All patients are required to enter their full legal name, insurance policy group number, and member ID number. You will also be required to sign a consent form authorizing Paper Crane to direct bill the insurance provider on your behalf.
If this is not completed prior to your initial appointment, we will be unable to submit claims to your insurance provider.
We are unable to see or look up any of your plans' specific details. It is your responsibility to cover any remaining fees not covered by your plan.
At this time, only Chelsea Alecci, RMT, offers direct billing to ICBC. To check if she is currently accepting new ICBC patients, please check her Janeapp bio here.
At this time, only Tempo Sabatier, RMT, offers direct billing for BC MSP supplementary benefits. Please ensure you input your PHN (personal health, or MSP, number) when completing your intake form. If you are unsure if you are eligible for supplementary benefits, Tempo may be able to check for you.
